We have wide capacities available in shop and with our ancillaries. Our capacity in various activities are as under:

Manufacturing:

We have large shop floor areas with lifting facilities upto 50 tonnes.

Testing: Material testing facilities of chemical, hardness, tensile, microscopic are available. Non destructive testing, liquid penetration, ultrasonic crack detection, Radiography are also available. Pressure testing (Pneumatic , Hydraulic) is done at required pressure. Facilities exist for recording deformation ( Permanent or Temporary) during pressure testing. We also have facility for vaccum test and
detection of deflection even at full vaccumised condition. We also have the facility of sealing of sealtype jobs for testing and we conduct the same successfully.

Surface Preparation: Prior to surface treatment, the surface is decreased, pickled as required by the customer and facility exists for such activity. We also have the expertise in carrying out finish jobs with thickness build up upto 315 microns with surfacing of metallizing, enamel, epoxy and polyurethene bases.

Installed Capacity: We have an installed capacity to manufacture 4 tanks of 765kV class at a time.
