Internal control record keeping document .We adopt a " Work
Order Manual" as a standard practice for the following:
A. Drawings recorded and analysed including amendments from
time to time
B. Job purchase order and amendment details
C. Material requirements and cutting plan alongwith Test
Certificate details
D. Special material requirements for the job including sourcing
details
E. Daily job progress remarks/ feedbacks and corrective actions
initiated
F. Job inspection progress details / plotter
NOTE 2
Quality assurance planning record keeping document We adopt
a "QAD Manual" as a standard practice which covers all aspects
Of manufacturing transformer tanks. It is modified as per customer
needs. |
